2 oz Brandy
1 teaspoon Maraschino Liqueur
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
2 Dashes Bitters
Peel of one Lemon, In one Spiral
Superfine Sugar
Lemon Wedge
Maraschino Cherry
Moisten the rim of a highball glass by running the lemon wedge around it, then dip rim into the sugar. Line the inside of the highball glass with peel. Using a shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients. Shake well. Strain into highball glass. Garnish with cherry.
