1 1/2 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
4 oz Hot Black Coffee
1 teaspoon Brown Sugar, or To Taste
Heavy Cream, Lightly Beaten
Preheat irish-coffee goblet or heat proof mug. Add whiskey, coffee, and sugar; stir to dissolve sugar. Top generously with cream. Don't stir. The idea is to sip the coffee through the cream.
