2 oz Tequila
1 oz Cointreau
2 oz Lime Juice
2 tablespoons Simple Sugar
1/2 oz Grand Marnier
Using a shaker filled with ice, combine first 4 ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a chilled highball glass. Float grand marnier on top.
