1 oz Coconut Cream
4 oz Pineapple Juice, Chilled
1 oz Orange Juice
3-4 oz Pusser's Rum
5-6 Ice Cubes
4 oz Crushed Ice
Union Jack Flag
Ground Nutmeg
Using a shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a chilled highball glass. Garnish with ground nutmeg.
