2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
Peel of one lemon, in one spiral
Ginger Ale
Superfine Sugar
Moisten the rim of a highball glass by running the lemon wedge around it, then dip rim into the sugar. Line the inside of the glass with peel. Combine remaining ingredients. Stir well.
